Who can respond
Anyone with the link can respond without registering. Signed-in surveys require sign-in before questions. Invited-only surveys require a valid unexpired invitation link, or the invited verified account using its notification.
Anonymous or identified
Anonymous response records and exports contain no respondent name, email or account ID. Separate survey-scoped duplicate keys are not visible to creators. Do not put identifying information in answer text. Identified surveys explicitly share name and email with the owner.
Security metadata
The server may retain the submitting network IP address for security, anti-abuse and fraud investigation. It is not shown to survey creators or included in normal responses, exports or analytics. Anonymous answers remain anonymous to the creator; do not put identifying details in your answers.
Frequency and limits
One response is enforced per account, invitation or browser as appropriate. Browser mitigation is not one response per human: clearing storage or using another device can bypass browser identity. Multiple responses allow repeat participation. Limits and paid-plan capabilities are checked by the server.
Results after submission
Private thank-you only is the default. Aggregate or selected aggregate results never include free-text responses, identity or invitation details. Owners decide which eligible questions are shared in selected-results mode.
Troubleshooting
A closed, archived, suspended, expired, not-yet-open or full survey does not accept responses. Revoked invitations stop working. If the questions change while answering, reload before submitting. Report Survey lets you flag abuse without viewing private responses.
