What you can do

Total Usable Balance combines available cash and currently spendable promotional credit.

On the website

1. Open My Account > My Wallet.

Steps

1. Read Available cash, Promo credits and Pending separately. Pending funds are not spendable.
2. Promotional/free credit can fund eligible platform purchases under current rules; it is not withdrawable or transferable.
3. Expiration, remaining amounts and eligibility affect what can be spent. The server supplies the current usable amount.
4. Refresh after purchases or rewards. If balances look wrong, contact support with the transaction context and no secret codes.
