- University degree in biology,
- Vocational baccalaureate in commerce, Nursing diploma,
- Vocational training diploma in pharmacy assistance.
- Working Hours: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm / 1:30 pm – 7:30 pm / 7:30 pm – 7:30 am, Monday to Sunday.
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of experience in pharmacy sales.
Responsibilities
- The pharmacy assistant’s role is to assist pharmacists, including:
- Greeting customers ,
- Interpreting prescriptions
- Substituting medications for patients
- Preparing medications
- Providing ancillary services, Reporting customer satisfaction performance to assistant pharmacists , Contributing to the training of interns, Contributing to the management of the pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant’s main activities include: Cleaning the sales area, display cases, and product presentations; Stocking shelves; Participating in promotional activities.
Inventory Management :
- Prepares orders, receives products, performs quality control checks, restocks, and participates in supply chain management.
- *Measures the attractiveness of the department (or retail space), tracks sales performance, compares targets to actual results, and makes recommendations.
- *Applies hygiene and safety rules related to products, equipment, premises, personnel, and customers.
- Makes sales: qualifies customers, uses sales techniques, provides advice, handles complaints, and closes sales.
- *Contributes to customer loyalty, participates in measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction, and contributes to initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills: Computer proficiency. Key Skills: Knowledge of the medical field. Extensive knowledge of suppliers. Ability to manage inventory. Knowledge of pharmacy distribution channels. Ability to place orders. Ability to receive and verify orders. Knowledge of the pharmacy sector . Ability to handle third-party payment. Ability to sell medications. Pharmacy Skills – Punctual , Dynamic, Excellent Salesperson Active listening, good overall presentation.
