GAIA SARL U is a rapidly growing IT and commercial company with around forty employees in Yaoundé and Douala. For the past nine years, we have supported various projects in the fields of information technology, customer support, and personalized, high-value-added services. To strengthen our internal organization and support management in the day-to-day running of its operations, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to handle administrative and organizational tasks.
Your main mission
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: * Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for the department * Organize schedules, plan appointments, and coordinate certain meetings * Answer the phone and manage correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) * Prepare and track certain administrative and commercial files * Participate in activity monitoring and coordination with various departments * Contribute to the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports * Participate in communication and awareness-raising activities

Profile with experience : more than 3 years in a similar position (assistant, administration, secretarial or coordination)
Salary : 120,000 FCFA or more depending on experience
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
