ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS & APPLICATION PROCESS

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION

The professional training programs are open to Cameroonians of both sexes who meet the following criteria:

  1. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and no older than 35 years old as of January 1st of the current year.

  2. Health Status: Must be physically and mentally fit for the chosen field of study.

  3. Academic Credentials: Must possess the required certificate or a recognized equivalent matching the chosen training program.

II. REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Candidates must compile and submit a complete application file containing the following documents:

  • Application Form: A registration form duly filled out, stamped at the current fiscal rate, and signed by the applicant.

  • Identification: A certified true copy of the candidate's National Identity Card (CNI) or a valid passport.

  • Birth Certificate: A certified true copy of the birth certificate (not older than 3 months).

  • Academic Qualifications: Certified true copies of the required diplomas, certificates, or transcripts.

  • Medical Fitness: A medical certificate issued by a public sector medical officer, testifying that the candidate is physically and mentally fit to undergo the training.

  • Photographs: Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs ($4 \times 4$ cm) with a white background, displaying the candidate's name on the reverse side.

  • Criminal Record: An extract of the candidate's criminal record (Bulletin N° 3) not older than 3 months.

  • Financial Proof: A receipt of payment for the required registration/examination fees, paid into the designated institution bank account.

III. SUBMISSION DEADLINE

All complete application files must be deposited at the institution's registry or admissions office no later than the official deadline specified in the launch communique. Incomplete or late files will not be considered.
